I'm new to pixel art so, as a total noob, every piece of feedback will be greatly appreciated! I tried a classic, normal house. Added a creppy couple because the windows were ugly!

Very nice! Pixel art is a very rewarding form of art and you are doing great already. I'm not a pro by far, but I think you did very well.
