Nice character!
If you're looking for suggestions, I would say that you could work on keeping the orphan pixels to a minimum. Pixels read more clearly as clusters, and orphan pixels tend to add a little too much noise, unless they are used as a button or eye, for example. I would say clean it up a little bit, and maybe center the character a little. Maybe leave some space for the character, and push the beautiful trees out from behind it so they are not fighting for attention.
Other than that, I'd say it's great!
Mods don't let just anything through, you know!
