Thank you, MicmasH! I'm using the great NA16 palette, and I highly recommend it to you - it has only 16 colors, but they can be used to draw everything - and besides that, they look very natural, unlike other palettes with low color count. And what also counts - it's very easy to use, because you can see different color ramps right away.
I think' there is nothing bad, if you like NS-style, it's actually a very interesting and cool direction to dig in. 
In my next post there will be more classic hairstyles from 30's and 40's.
