32 frames, all animated by hand. This nearly killed me.
That rotation is extremely impressive! I can't imagine animating something like that.
This is pure unadulterated inspiration, and I thank you for sharing.
Hand animated!? I can't image how long this must have taken. Amazing!
@SovanJedi: In that case, it's total insanity. I hope you one day get to work on a game / project that makes use of these unique skills. Incredible.
This is all 100% drawn from scratch, no 3D model tracing or reference image for it at all.
You did it! In over a decade of following pixel art, this is the first time I've seen a complex 3D pixel art animation that didn't use any gross rotation tricks and didn't end up looking like a hybrid mishmash. This actually looks truly like pixel art and it is 3D. I assume you based this on a 3D model, but it's still extremely impressive.
That is really incredible.
Cool perspective. The style and facial expressions of the characters gives a kind of silly, cartoony vibe that reminds me of the handheld Mario & Luigi RPG games.
It makes me wonder what sort of godly techniques were used to make this!
I have no idea your motivation for doing something like this but I'm glad you did it lol.
I'm so glad it didn't kill you, so you will be able to do more masterpieces like that. But after a well deserved rest :)
This was worth every second you've spent on it. Freakin' amazing!
Brutal indeed. This looked like low-poly cel-shaded 3D
This is insane.
uffff esto si es super brutal !!! , bien hecho
This is extremely well done, Amazing work! I can tell it definitely must have been quite the task! Did you have any references to follow in order to keep track of key objects positions while rendering this?
This is amazing! :)
