Yeah It just looks like he went crazy with that antialiasing
Imo, it looks too blurry due to your way of handling AA, outline and color count.
I am no color limitation integrist but such a "simple" piece doesn't require this many colors, you're arround 160 or something for an orange car and a dude with a red shrit and blue jeans!
You'd be way better off by using much less colors (try to aim for less than 24, for instance) and by trying to be more subtle with your antialiasing.
That's too bad because the piece is already there in potential. It only needs a clean up to be just fine!
This one has 343 colors, try to clean up the palette and update the file, thanks.
