Truth be told, I have no idea how the hell to do water - or decent dithering at this scale - or, um, god color palettes. So let's see if I can coast this week on my sense of humor.

I do think I did a neat job with the composition, theoretically. (It looked much nicer in my  sketches.) And I'm kind of happy with the anatomy, sort of.

Ah crap - I'm realizing literally just now that this is something like a hundred pixels too wide by a hundred pixels too tall for the challenge specs.
