Here is the piece of writing that usually accompanies my works:
We often find ourselves infatuated with the power of giants and behemoths. Perhaps it is the concept of power that makes us so curious of those who wield so much of it. Giants seem like they’re on top of the world, as they are able to pick you up with 2 fingers if they so willed it. With legions of people and so few giants, it was inevitable that the giants would receive such ire. Many wanted to be giants, or slay them. Perhaps most notably were those who were inspired by them. Even when the giant dies it inspired many to act during its lifetime. When the time comes and the giant gets reclaimed by nature, their power doesn't just go away. It rang throughout the people in the form of empowerment and confidence in themselves. “The giant has fallen, what’s stopping me now from rising up? If they’re so powerful, how are they dead and I not?” Perhaps not all giants so quickly fall from grace, but when they do, they give rise to another generation of aspirers. Another generation of humanity wanting to be just like them. There are giants among us in our daily lives. You most certainly idolize at least one or two. Just remember that when a giant falls, what will stop you from rising up? |
wow some great stuff here, surely this is hall of fame material ???
