This looks pretty good. The way the teeth are shaded make them look like they're all facing the front, on the same plane. I don't know if they're meant to be like that on purpose, but if not shading the left/right teeth progressively darker towards the outside should make it look like the jaw curves round. The hair is well done, nice work.
