I have to credit souly with the original lines http://imagehost.ensellitis.com/images/1136844696.gif I was also experimenting with styles similar to what I've seen on some amiga bitmaps; using light to emphasis folds/cracks/etc instead of darkness, I'm fond of the result.

I would hardly consider it a "new style" since most of the images I seen it used in were from back in ~95, and it's been around before that even.

The pose is quite meh, I'll agree, but purple is an awesome color, and thats all there is to it.
