Absolutely lovely portrait, love the use of sharp dither-y lines!
Welcome to pj! It's a really good portrait I believe! Few nitpicks since you're asking for cc is that I'm a bit surprised there are that many colours (not saying that it's a bad thing I just expected less when seeing the picture.. Great works with the colours btw) the other thing is I feel the forehead looks kind of weird but I have no idea what the model looks like so ... Not knowing the model, it looks too pushed forward, but then again I'm no expert.
