Dr. Pib Sangler is famous for his drive to save animals, but is he an animal himself? Many argue that because he has a doctorate he must be a person. But others are not so convinced, mainly because they think he looks "weird". 

That might be the case, he does look very strange even for the species that he claims to be. We have gathered all the experts on the matter and have come to a conclusion. (see page 49)

Dr. Sangler has refused to comment.
