Honestly, kinda reminds me of those kids in pyschonauts, I can imagine him being an awkward fella that either stalks her crush, or has an obsession with a hobby/interest. Pretty neat and eerie.

Makes me think of Tommy/Dill Pickles from Rugrats, but if they grew up and nothing changed about their head/facial structure.
