I'm glad you like it! I started off with a bigger, more realistic palette, but I ended up cutting it down to this so it'd be easier to work with.
While a lot has rightly been said about the pixel technique, I feel like that crisp palette hasn't been mentioned enough. It's nice to see a picture with a lot of atmosphere which doesn't have a gloomy feel.
Absolutely love your use of color! The combination of different techniques is also very interesting, as others have pointed out :)
The mashup of all the dither styles (widepixel, tallpixel, checkboard) is astonishingly cool.

I crashed Krita trying to apply a CRT filter to the image to check so I'll just take your word for it
