This one comes from Poznan. Mass produced only in november. The dough is semi-french with margarine, formed into a horseshoe. The filling is made of white poppy seeds with sugar, biscuit dough crumbs, egg mass, margarine, nuts, raisins, candided cherries, pears or orange peel and almond aroma. Coating sugar icing and crushed nuts.
