Cool that these are legible even at this size, and with so much character (and in some ways, like with row-three-column-one's two-pixel eyes, as a direct result of that tininess)
I see the inspiration but I really like your twist to go micro. Worked out great. In my opinion x2 is not enough.
they're so expressive, definitely might have to do this myself as a good drawing exercise
