This submission has 298 colours. I'm not sure if it was an issue with exporting the picture (maybe it had a larger rasterized palette that was shrunk down for .gif purposes) or a number of duplicate/near-duplicate colours in the original palette. Can you edit this submission and replace the artwork so it has a smaller palette?
