I really like the approach you took with this piece. Since you changed the shading and that part around the center, it's really hard to notice the flip of the dress and arms. And then the tilted head and legs make the pose very dynamic, which works very well with the rest of the piece to make the character look alive. It all feels very efficient.

A moderated gallery and gatekeeping are two different things.  
 
People are free to enjoy or dislike the pixel art gallery as it is hosted here and that doesn't make Pixel Joint the source of all evil.

There's no point in creating negativity about the site because you are frustrated by some gallery related decisions since those rules apply for everyone here.

I have met some of the most genuine, kind and friendly people here on PJ and I think it is really unjust to label the majority of people here as narrow minded gatekeepers. That's just wrong and unfair.

BTW I make 3d modeling since 1998. Other pj mods all do different sorts of art too. We just don't post them here. We aren't pure pixel fascists. 

It's completely awesome to do any sort of art! But why is it so hard to understand pixel joint represents pixel art? It's a pixel art website, it shouldn't be so hard to be in peace with that fact. We have already removed all restrictions from the gallery that the old timers put except for one: pixel art. 

Nicely done, that moiré-inteference-pattern-thingy (that is what it is called, right?) on the console is especially fascinating to me!

If I interpret the text correctly, it's about this website being too gatekeepy and strict?
