the character is faceless because she is not the focus of the image (she is there as a gift)

Hello and welcome! Before this piece can be accepted into the gallery, please have a look at the palette and how to control it a bit more. This piece has 1376 colours as of now, which is a lot. Are you using a lot of blur tools and transparent layers in it?
