I like how the shapes sort of flow into and around eachother here, and the colors are eye-catching but still compliment eachother well. The right background maybe looks a little flat, I'm guessing it's a big tree? Maybe some more could be done to give it a sense of volume/curvature.

Texturing is nice and very creative, with good variety, though a bit messy for my taste (the "retro" style with the pure black background does help make it all fit in well though).
