Welcome to Pixel Joint! Unfortunately your artwork uses 29337 colours which is a bit much, and seems to have a 3d rendered background, which isn't considered pixel art.
I don't think the moderators would approve it as it is. If you edit the entry and replace the image with one that doesn't have the 3d background, and a much lower colour count (256 colours or less), there's a better chance of it being approved.
To edit the entry, press the pencil icon below the image, next to the heart icon, and use the "choose file" buttons to upload updated versions of your artwork and preview icon. You can use the PJ Image Inspector tool to make sure you haven't used too many colours.
