Inspired by artists ptoing and ZIKBAKGURI, here's a C64 piece of my OC Wendall! Made in Aseprite, so I'm not 100% sure it's C64 compatible, but to heck with it! I do know that it might require some timing trickery, as it requires to change the border once per scanline.
