"...hoped that some day our cities would open up more and let the green and the land and the wilderness in more, to remind people that we’re allotted a little space on earth and that we survive in that wilderness that can take back what it has given, as easily as blowing its breath on us or sending the sea to tell us we are not so big."

This is my favourite artpiece ever, I've been looking at it every day for the last year or so. Frequently I draw the figure on the tower with the spectral red light in my sketchbook, or on whatever scraps of paper I can find; their hair often blowing far out to the right and across the page. When I read Fahrenheit 451 and came across the description quote on page 201, I was over the moon, it brightened my whole month and now F.451 is my favourite book as well. I often get anxious about things, my hands are shaking typing this in fact, but Send Us the Sea tethers me to the earth and helps comfort me in moments of extreme emotion. (I write this with sincerity)
I originally came across your artwork on another pixel art website, but didn't fully appreciate it until you had left. (You did say something about an Instagram account at your departure, but if it's in use I haven't been able to find it.) Privately I keep an archive of your deleted works, I hope you don't mind.
I hope you will read this, however unlikely it may be. I hope that one day you will come back and post art again.
I hope that one day you will come back and send us the sea.
