Where does the power come from?
In our final scene, we meet OGUM.
As the Orísha of Iron and Patron of Technology and War, he bridges the gap between the ancient forest and the advancing city.
The sun's light on the right?
That's his divine energy igniting the Saci.
This is the source.
The beginning of the end amidst the Horrors of the humanity.

Week 5 - this post - More about

Bonus Week: "Origin" (Ogum): The orisha of iron and the forge, Ogum, is at the center. He represents the origin of power and conflict, serving as a bridge between destructive technology (city, on the left - or extreme right border of the image) and the force of nature/magic (forest/Saci, on the right).
Week 1 (next, on the Right): The Rise of Saci. The enslaved boy, a victim of torture, transforms into the folkloric avenger.
Week 2: "The Journey" (indigenous ritual): The journey and the encounter with the "Others" (the indigenous people) in a mystical ritual to invoke wisdom and protection.
Week 3: "The Loss" (Destroyed Village): Loss and desolation for for the native peoples, symbolized by the village in ruins or under twilight.
Week 4: "The End" (Curupira): The climax. The Curupira, another guardian of the forest, observes the advance of the city and its "artificial sun" [?]. The end of the forest is the beginning of a new battle between Horror and Glory of the Miracle of the Life.

Context: Historical arc between the years 1800-2100
For the enslaved and decimated peoples, the last 200 years have been a time of unimaginable horror.
These images represents the Colonialism and the rise of quantum technology in everyday life, allowing contact (?) with communities outside of our current knowledge (?), just as bacterial life was completely unknown before Pasteur's scientific revolution about 150 years ago, and there are still those who doubt the existence of the microbial dimension of life.
