You should reduce the canvas size too, unlike previews that are 100*100px, avatars on PixelJoint are 64*64px or lower afaik

The palette is all over the place. 257 colours for such portrait is definitely too much. Some colours are used for 2 pixels only. Please try to clean it and it will be accepted.
