I assume I smetimes get colours that only have a few pixels since I still tend to approach pixel art like I would regular digital art lol, which means when I do a shadow I tend to put a darker colour than I need then lower opacity of that layer
LOL, I love how grumpy this fish, I approve this , just some advice, you can further reduce the color to 9 by patching (clean up) the 2 colors that only have 1 pixel in the whole drawing.
