you could actually made it not animated. it will cut the colour counts 

Thanks for the heads up, I don't mind if it's not approved. It's an old piece and I'm a bit too lazy to work it around anyway. 

This is such a pretty piece but the color count is very bloated due to the fading animation of the light in the BG.
