The piece looks clean as it is , no over AA and no noise.

I didn't deviate from the color limit , so I don't see the problem.

If you want to reject it for no reason go ahead , I'm not changing it.

Hi, this is a beautiful piece, but you'll need to do some clean up, 209 colors for this is too much,

31 colors only take 1 pixel, there are also many colors that too similar that can be combine.
