Hey, it still looks great even without it ^^ You did a good job with the color choices on the puffs! If you want to try and give something a more transparent effect you can try dithering or using colors that already exist within your palette that are lighter (Or make your own!)

Man, thank you! I appreciate the complement! I would just say to just try something small and if you get a vision in your head, then just act on it. This box was part of a course where they show you how to make it opened and closed. The vision I got was it kind of exploding open. I was kind of thinking more like some kind of treasure chest or loot box (sorry for the foul language) and this was the result.

Thank you for your complement and feedback! I'm going to follow your advice and post the animation without the transparency. I thought that would add to the effect. lol, I still have a lot to learn.

You can see what I mean here, esp the colors on the bottom. For the upload here you could remove it or maybe just remove the transparency and make the dust cloud fully colored 

Cool! As someone who doesn't really know where to begin with animating, I admire that you gave yourself such a tough challenge and that you pulled it off so well. I particularly like the detail of the red print on the box deforming as it pops open.
