My attempt to translate the Bilibin style into pixel art. All drawings were done in Aseprite using a 16-color palette on a 190×230 px canvas. Hope you enjoy it!

Nice! This captures the Bilibin style really well. First came across him on the cover of a book of Russian folk tales and was immediately enchanted (the piece was Vasilisa the Beautiful).

The colours here are spot on and I love the texturing. Nice choice of subject too. The piece really stands out!
