for this one i used an actual palette: the apollo palette https://lospec.com/palette-list/apollo (hopefully, it's possible i messed up somewhere, since photoshop isn't the best tool for this kind of thing). in reality this isn't a very limiting palette so it helped more than restricted.

overall this piece came out pretty good. except for her right hand, which i got so frustrated with that i cropped it out. i should probably have stuck with it, but... well, whatever. i almost never do things like this, so i'm allowed this one time, right? i think so lol.

besides that the pose is a bit odd. i was going to draw a floor behind her too, but i pretty much lost motivation on this piece so i just cleaned it up and declared it finished.

overall i like her hair a lot (my favorite part, probably), and think i did a good job conveying squishiness in various places on her body.
