Personally I read it as Picotiua, though I might be wrong.
Speaking of the piece in itself, this feels really otherworldy, almost as if I was reading some old civilisation book cover or panel. It's so interesting how complex it is to come up with a style of letters/grapheme, as complex or simple as they look, a great exercise everyone should try. I really dig the "arabesque"/baroque (if that's what it's called) feel you went for!
I've been looking at this for a long time, I want to know what it's supposed to spell. I believe I see the "-cotilla" but I'm having trouble with the first part.
Great stylization regardless!
