Made in 2021. After lockdown, I got really hooked by Twitch during this time. Peepo is such a cute and lovable character design. Despite all the alt-right usage of the original Pepe in mid-2010s which really dirtied the reputation of the pepe frogs variants peepo is apart of, I love to draw him ; he's such a nice blob to spam in chats and relatable in someway. I feel like Twitch helped a lot healing the image of this frog on the internet. It feels like a shitpost everyone can edit and use, more than a political mascot.
Here are some custom emotes found on Twitch through the website betterttv.com (a custom twitch emote database) that really clicked with me. Inspired losely, not aimed to be 100% faithful however I wanted to kept the same energy coming from them. Great expression exercise, definitely recommend it.
