I'm in the process of making a PC-9800 themed personal website from scratch using HTML and stuff. The character depicted here is Fly High, my Pegasus brand mascot. This specific asset will be front and centre on the homepage, and if you hover over her she'll smile at you. Also please let me know if I screwed up any part of this submission. This is my first one lol.
