Many games do not follow colour limitations in pixel art anymore, because they no longer need to. Colour recycling requirement, because of technical limitations, is not a thing anymore, but those limitations helped to create pixel art style in it's beginnings, and this is what we are trying to emulate on this site. We understand that pixel art has gone through an enormous evolution in several decades, and we love it. There are places on internet open for all of it, however, here on PJ we are trying to specialize in this very narrow, traditional style as much as we can.
If you could at least unify all those 0,03% colours I would accept it. They are really unnecessary. You can replace them with some more popular colours from your palette and the whole image will look the same.
@Gawrone yeah for some reason that's just Maplestory style, their sprites especially clothing has like 100 + palettes amount. Will that still not allow it to be accepted?
Looks good, but I think 71 individual colours is too much for this design. Please have a look here:

It's okay, we can just remove it. Maplestory didn't need to use that much palettes, that's why I followed it. I agree with what you're saying I also believe the same way. We can simply take it down all together. I believe I can do it on my side.
