Thank you! That was actually a last second addition. I didn't like how it looked so flat with no animation, so I added it in.
It still isn't perfect and there was so much more that I wanted to do, but I'm happy with the result.
Neon signs, plants in planters, and animating all of the scene as well. Have the people walking, maybe have a car moving in and stopping, the plants blowing in the wind, etc.
