The discovery of a strange alien artefact on another world. Inspired by vintage sci-fi magazines and books, cosmonaut suits and, as is so often the case, 2001: A Space Odyssey.

Drawn using my Escorpión palette, which I'll be putting on Lospec soon (well, in a month or so).

The preview font is based on Westminster.

That green thing is very familiar, is the explorer about to unlock the sims, irl version?

You did a great job with the rendering, it looks like it could be a still from a movie (or game), the vibrant colours and scene choice really does remind me a lot of the warp scene from 2001: A Space Odyssey.
