Thank you pixelglade, the color palette helped a lot to achieve that atmosphere, doing it on such a small canvas was a real challenge.

Brilliant! You've managed to capture the spirit of Alphonse Mucha's paintings using an extremely low resolution and just 18 colors. Although there are some really nice and more detailed entries in this weekly challenge, for me this is clearly the best of the bunch. This is my territory; the contrast and the use of the required palette are exceptional. Well done!
