If it makes sense, I always do the lineart/inking first. :D Hence the strength of the lines with color usually secondary, glad the warm and cool tones make it pop more though!

Your thick-but-variable black lineart looks soo good here! I did a quick test for myself and can confirm that she looks great in 1bit black and white as well, but the colors still elevate it.
