His head is deformed.. he looks retarded! What you need to work on is the lineart.. the dithering and colors are great! The ear is malplaced, the eye looks damadged and his chin is very wierd looking. Normaly the end of the jawline and the ear will meet, and the chin is a bit more pointy.. The eye, hm try making it smaller, not so wide! But like I said I like the colors and the dithering!
