If in a game, the black outline wouldn't be there, so I'm not counting it. I just thought it made it look a little better. If you jump on to the platform and hold the lever thing, the platform will rotate around the pole and the spike will fit into the slot on the top. When you release H(which you click to hold the lever)you'll fall back to ground. The spike in the slot will unlock the door.
Red outines means that you can do something with that object, and the red on the door will dissapear when the door is unlocked. You can use the spear to stab the slug. Dark outlines mean you can touch that object.
I wanted some dithering practice too. The eye and other shape in the back are simply background design.
