Haha, this is funny stuff. I feel that the dithering is a bit overdone in this piece. Areas like his right (our left) arm are much nicer looking than the belly and other arm.

im surprised that nobody said: it's spelt too, not to. anyway, good job except the right arm (our viewing right-his left) needs fingers, the legs look really...wierd, and he's half flat shaded half dithered...

I have to be honest, that iliac vein (artery?) is kind of freaking me out.

Theres a dark line that look like they are a part of the pants which looks odd. Maybe add like a zipper thats half open xD

But other than that this rocks :P
