This is the Rohk...a commissioned monster named not by me. He is now animated. Didn't take nearly as long as I thought. Most of the time spent was used correcting minor mistakes from the get go. Such as it not being centered, which really threw off the arm animating process...Could be better, could be worse but, animating things this large are just a pain.

If he's moving forward, shouldn't the dust be moving back? But still, this picture is awesome and the animation is pretty much flawless. I also can't believe it's 10 colours. Great work.

Besides the character and the animation I especially like the use of the limited colors and the way the dust disappears. One minor flaw though is the wrong timed bouncing of the little trees on his shoulder.

I feel like we're seeing a lot of super-detailed animated sprites on PJ these days...

The outermost toes look a bit cropped when the feet land.

you get some stray greens on his left our right leg, probably the result of flipping an early render.
i think that the basic animation is nice, but the reason it didnt take as long as you thought is because you havent animated nearly as much as you probably should, theres a lot of just hanging and stiff sliding that coul be improved with some simple sub-pixel motion and tweening, that should get rid of the "choopy" feel of things and make it a lot more fluid. Its a very nice job, im just not sure its 100% done yet.

Great attention to detail when it comes to the animation. I don't think it's choppy just because it seems like those two vines or whatever they are located across his chest are beating. *shrug The armor plates (I guess that's what that is) move as well. Neat-o!

Absolutely outstanding. Sort of reminds me of Shadow of Colossus, although with the sex appeal of a fancy new zelda game boss.

I think it's impressive for you to even consider undertaking an animation job like this, especially with such a detailed character. I think you did an amazing job. I do love the colors and the shading of the robot. The animation is also well done and I think it gives him a certain... personality. well done!

A monster with that size and that speed really would scare any player in a MMORPG game XD

Very smooth and well detailed, I loved every frame of it! Not only that, but the pixel work is impressive: pallete, lineart, shading...

I just wonder why some monster now have a tree on them. I mean, there is even a Pokémon with a tree on him XD

I like the shadowing under the stomach and on the legs. I think it will look a lot nicer without that black outline.

Black outline is wholly responsible to a poor style choice a long time ago when the project started. It's uhm...not 100% black though, so it's got that going for it.
