To take the dust out of the gally btw : i know she's floating ,the shading is wierd and another flaws , if u want to point out more , do so , but i'll not even reopen the file .

horse's leg is broken, clouds are weird, eye of the horse is misplaced, the dress in unnatural-or skirt-, and other minor things.

in resume, and rather than point flaws, i suggest you to reopen the file and improve this.

I think this is pretty cool and all, but you should consider adding some more texture by dithering. Or maybe even adding some more colors.
