EDIT: haha, at another look, if you just changed his uniform and gave him a baseball bat, you could use that very same stance :)

he or she is very small though wuite detailed... very nice job, although i mainly prefer larger images

I know it's the fashion nowadays, but I feel he wears his trousers a abit too low for me because of that he lacks a bit charisma  otherwise, good posing, maybe a highlight for the nose, or something to let guess he has a mouth..
Also I'm not too fond of the angle of the sword.. the line doesn't look straight.. in animation I wouldn't care, but as a posing..
