This is my favorite image of yours! I love the scrolling bars. It gives the animation an "arcade" feeling, and I love arcade.

As far as the blue head (Ensellitis), I really don't think it's that big of a deal. The jacket is so well shaded that I don't really notice whatever is "wrong" with the character's head.

except for the blue on the head, the rest looks good.  perhaps you should true hueshifting on the head like you did on the jacket

I agree: you really need to add contrast in the blues. Make the lightest of the blue colors lighter than it is now. And the darkest blue isn't used much, so you could probably take it out and lose a color by replacing it with black. The blues are also really saturated; decrease it some.

Very nice looking. The blue's look a lot alike though, I didn't notice all three until I zoomed in.
