OK. Update.
I've taken into account the skirt, ive permanately changed the grey tats, I've redrawn the right hand and Ive added more contrast. What do you think?

It's good, for some reason I am not liking it. Kudos on the lineart, good on that. His "kilt" or "skirt" or whatever seems to stick into the dinosaur, as if penetrating its' skin. The left hand is quite big and bulky compared to his right, which seems to be oddly coloured. Also, add contrast, because the colors are not as exciting as your previous animal series. I don't know why I'm this critical today.

I dig the gray tats.

I see what you mean on the perspective, but the body of the animal isn't facing head on so it seems like you'd see more of the wings.

the pinkness on the rider are intended as tatoos. And I'd almost say theyre too dull. Not bright.
Youre seeing the wings from a front on-ish perspective so you dont see their full span or capacity.

Really trippy work. The overall composition and structure is great.

Couple crits... The wings look a tad flimsy and the pink highlighting on the rider seems a bit bright.
