The black area is good now; I can make out his arms, chest, belly, feet at 1x. The play with the outer pixels to create the fur works. I'm glad you made this and thanks for the ref!

I discovered it a few days ago too, while searching for "normal" panda pictures, and I couldn't <i>not</i> pixel one. :)

I edited it with more contrast, as either my screen is calibrated strangely or I have strange eyes that pick up black shades easily. Thanks for the comment :)

The blacks look fine using Firefox (ironic)  on a mac. Its a good pixel too <3
