Pixely is created when attempting to save art as JPG. The red pixely distorts, and as it evolves, Green and Blue pixely's begin to mutant out of Red. Found only in the gardens of n00bs in the evening when doing their homework and decide to give MSPaint and pixel art a try.
GYAYAHAHAHAHAH Man the pixel art itself is nothing amazing, but your description was just flawlessly witty. Though these aren't very pokemon-ish, I noticed you still kept the same shading style and outlining that Pokemon sprites have, which is nice. Gonna fave this, even if just for the hilarious pokedex entry. XD

Great concept, great execution. The expressions on these guys are just awesome. I like the fact that you chose red, being the absolute worst colour for jpg compression. <3
zAK, Pokemon sprites are not AAed around the outside, they are selectively outlined, which is what Ens has done.
