I realised that the nose defenetly needed work, along with the eyes. I'll also edit the background so it is consistent with the foreground. Thanks for your comments.
EDIT: I fixed the picture. I got rid of the black lines and fixed some stuff.
It looks a bit odd that the background has quite a bit of anti-aliasing while the foreground has none; consistency helps unify a piece. I also think the lineart needs to be reworked a bit... remember that you don't always need lines to define everything, you can use shading and colours to show form and shape as well. Keep at it
