yep, definitely agree with Soda...this stands out as it doesn't include rain drops...The colour scheme alone just suggests rain, which is awesome...I hope you win this :D

My favorite so far.  Yours is unique seeing as you didn't use rain drops, and I love that.  You have my vote, and a fav.
